Pricing and quotations
This website does not display prices. Pricing is shared on request and depends on specification, quantity, fabric or finish selection and delivery location. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation itself.
Orders
An order is confirmed once the specification and commercial terms are agreed in writing or over a recorded channel such as WhatsApp, along with any advance agreed at that time. Made-to-order and customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines shared during the enquiry are estimates and are coordinated with you. Site access, lift availability and readiness of the space can affect installation schedules.
Warranty and after-sales
Warranty terms, where applicable, follow the manufacturer's policy for that product and are confirmed at the time of quotation. Damage from misuse, overloading or unsuitable environments is not covered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
